JOB OVERVIEW

We run outbound LinkedIn campaigns across 25+ accounts and need someone to take the wheel and run them. Not a VA. Not list-building for hire. A campaign manager who owns setup, pacing, monitoring, optimisation, and account health across the whole book — and keeps it all moving without being told what to do next.

You'll get the strategy and messaging direction. What you bring is the operational command to turn that into running campaigns that perform — and the judgement to spot when something's off and fix it before it becomes a problem.
What you'll own

Set up and run outbound campaigns across 25+ LinkedIn accounts
Build targeted audiences in Sales Navigator and feed the pipeline
Manage automation (PhantomBuster / SalesRobot / Expandi / Heyreach or similar) safely at scale — every account inside safe limits, none getting flagged

Monitor the numbers — connection accept rates, reply rates, conversation flow — and adjust pacing and targeting to keep them healthy

Diagnose underperforming campaigns and actually fix them
Manage account health across the book — warming, limits, restrictions, recovery
Report on what's working and what isn't, clearly and on time

You need

Proven experience running LinkedIn outreach campaigns — not just executing tasks inside someone else's
Multi-account / agency experience — you've managed many profiles at once, not one
Fluent with Sales Navigator and at least one automation platform (PhantomBuster, SalesRobot, Expandi, Heyreach, Dripify, etc.)

Deep working knowledge of LinkedIn limits, what triggers restrictions, and how to recover an account
You read metrics and act on them — you know what a bad accept rate is telling you
Sharp, organised, responsive — across 25 accounts, small misses scale fast

You've never run automation across multiple accounts at once

Experience inside an agency or supporting founders / B2B service businesses
CRM familiarity
A point of view on outreach strategy, not just execution

The work

Ongoing. Consistent weekly campaign management with the autonomy to run things. Some availability needed during UK hours, 7am–3pm. Long-term for the right person — this is a seat, not a one-off.
