Full-Time Social Media Video Creator — Education Brand, Canva, CapCut & AI Video

Otio Academy is looking for a creative, reliable and detail-focused Social Media Video Creator to design, edit, schedule and post short-form video content for our education brand.

You will create content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels and possibly ---------- . The content will be aimed at students, parents and education partners.

This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form video, clean design, strong hooks, captions, subtitles and educational content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create short-form videos for Otio Academy.
- Design and edit videos using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar tools.
- Use AI tools where helpful, such as ChatGPT, Google Flow, NotebookLM video, Grok Imagine or other AI video/image tools.
- Turn study tips, revision advice, academy updates and lesson ideas into engaging video content.
- Write simple and clear captions for students and parents.
- Add subtitles, hooks, thumbnails, cover images and calls to action.
- Maintain a weekly social media content calendar.
- Schedule and post approved content.
- Repurpose existing academy content into short videos.
- Follow Otio Academy’s brand style, tone, colours and messaging.
- Track basic performance such as views, engagement and best-performing topics.
- Provide weekly updates on content created and posted.

Requirements:

- Strong portfolio of short-form video work.
- Excellent Canva and/or CapCut skills.
- Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Strong written English.
- Good eye for clean, modern educational design.
- Comfortable using AI tools for scripts, visuals, video concepts or editing support.
- Able to follow a brand style and content brief carefully.
- Reliable internet connection and clear communication.
- Experience creating content for tutors, schools, academies, coaches, course creators, education brands or family-focused brands is a major advantage.
- Must be willing to complete an OnlineJobs.ph background check before final hiring.
- NBI Clearance preferred.
