JOB OVERVIEW

Currently focused on acquiring, improving, and operating senior living communities across the United States. We are actively growing our portfolio and building a scalable platform that combines healthcare expertise, senior housing operations, and private equity investing.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder and help build systems, manage projects, coordinate investors, and support acquisitions.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, solving problems, and helping build a growing company from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Executive Support

* Calendar management and scheduling
* Email management and follow-up
* Travel coordination
* Meeting preparation and note-taking
* Organizing priorities and action items

Investor Relations

* Create and Manage investor CRM and pipeline
* Coordinate investor calls and meetings
* Track prospective and current investors
* Assist with investor communications and newsletters
* Maintain investor databases and records

Acquisitions & Operations

* Track acquisition opportunities
* Coordinate communication with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and operators
* Organize due diligence materials and data rooms
* Maintain project trackers and dashboards
* Assist with underwriting and reporting processes

Marketing & Systems

* Help manage LinkedIn and social media activity
* Help Create and Assist with website updates and CRM implementation
* Build and improve business processes and SOPs
* Create reports, presentations, and dashboards
* Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency

Qualifications

* 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Operations, Project Management experience
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, ---------- , ClickUp, etc.)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Experience in real estate, private equity, healthcare, or finance is a plus

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
