ABOUT US
We are a fast-growing health and beauty e-commerce brand selling direct-to-consumer across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Canada, and the United States. We run paid ads aggressively across Facebook and Instagram and we are scaling hard. We take our organic presence just as seriously, and we are now looking for one dedicated person to own it.
This is not a basic posting job. We need someone who understands social media, knows how to find and activate micro-influencers, and takes pride in keeping a content pipeline running like clockwork. This is a long-term seat on our team.

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
You do not have real experience managing organic content on Instagram and TikTok
You have never done influencer or creator outreach
You cannot work independently without being chased
You go quiet when something falls behind
You cannot commit to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

1. Organic Content Management (your #1 priority)

Post and schedule content daily across Instagram and TikTok
Maintain a content calendar so nothing falls through the cracks
Work with our team to ensure fresh content is always ready to go
Monitor comments and engagement and flag anything worth our attention
Research trends, competitor content, and winning formats to bring ideas to the table
Provide a simple weekly report on content performance and what is working

2. Micro-Influencer Outreach

Source and identify micro-influencers on Instagram and TikTok that fit our brand
Manage outreach via DM and email. Write the openers, follow up, and keep the pipeline moving
Track every creator contact in a clean, organised Google Sheet. Status, contact info, conversation history, and deal terms
Coordinate product sends and collabs within our defined process
We handle strategy. You run the legwork and keep things moving

3. Content Organisation

Maintain a clean content library so assets are always easy to find
Log incoming UGC and flag great content to the team
Keep the pipeline organised so our editor always has what they need

Note: If you have video editing experience, that is a strong bonus. It is not required but will be valued.

YOU ARE A FIT IF:
You have 1+ years of experience managing organic social media for a brand, ideally in e-commerce
You have hands-on experience with influencer or creator outreach on Instagram and TikTok
Your written English is excellent. Clear, confident, and professional
You are highly organised and detail-oriented. You follow systems and do not let things slip
You are proactive. You bring ideas, flag problems early, and do not wait to be told what to do
You understand what makes content perform on Instagram and TikTok
You are reliable and here for the long term
Experience with DTC or health and beauty brands is a bonus
Experience with influencer tools like Modash, Heepsy, or similar is a bonus

TOOLS:
Later or Metricool for scheduling (required or fast learner)
Google Sheets for influencer tracking (required)
Canva for basic content creation (bonus)
Video editing experience in CapCut or similar (bonus)

WHAT WE OFFER:
$4.00 USD per hour to start, with real earning potential as you grow with us
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Time
Payment via Wise
