We did between $5M last year. Next phase : scale existing markets + crack the US.

We're building an automated product page factory powered by Shopify + Claude + AI workflows. We need a CRO Operator who ships a lot of optimized PDPs per month, runs our mass-testing infrastructure, and directly owns conversion math.

You'll work in daily direct contact with the founder. No middle layer. No agency BS. Decisions in 30 minutes, not 3 days.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

Product Page Automation at Scale (40%)
• Build automated PDP pipelines on Shopify (templates + variants + asset injection via Admin API)
• Spin up a new product page in 30 minutes, not 3 days
• Lead the Product Page team — or replace it with Claude-powered workflows. We're open.
• Review positioning strategy : where to place Loox / Trustpilot / Heureka / ---------- widgets for max impact (above ATC vs. below fold, social proof clustering, histogram visibility, photo reviews lift)
• Section ordering experiments (Hero ? Problem ? Mechanism ? Proof ? Offer variants)

Mass Testing Infrastructure (30%)
• Maintain our mass-testing sites — clone PDPs per angle, deploy variants, route paid traffic
• Run A/B tests via Intelligems with proper statistical rigor
• Statistical significance gatekeeping
• Heatmap + session recording analysis (Hotjar, Clarity)
• Funnel diagnosis : LP ? PDP ? cart ? checkout (find the leak, plug it)

AI Workflow Operator (20%)
• Build Claude Projects for marketing ops (research docs, creative briefs, ad reviews, CRO audits)
• Static ad briefs for Higgsfield, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Manus
• Customer review mining ? conversion copy extraction (Loox, Trustpilot, Reddit, Amazon Q&A)
• Competitor PDP teardowns ? winning framework extraction

US Market Launch (10%)
• Adapt PDPs for US-specific avatars, pricing psychology, shipping expectations
• Trust signal localization (BBB, US-shipping, US reviews)

WHAT YOU BRING :
• Proven CRO results in DTC / dropshipping brands ($1M+ revenue, ideally scaled to 8 figures)
• Deep Shopify experience — Liquid, sections architecture, Shrine Pro / Dawn / custom themes, Admin API, app integrations
• Hands-on with A/B testing tools — Intelligems, Replo, GemPages, Convert
• Statistical significance literacy — confidence intervals + power > vibes
• Strong AI prompting — Claude, Higgsfield, Manus, ChatGPT
• Bonus : Evolve framework, Eugene Schwartz copywriting, Hormozi offer math, Cialdini influence principles
• Bonus : US market DTC experience (Shopify Markets, US payment stack, US shipping rates)
