About Wollongong City Jet Ski
We are the only authorised Yamaha WaveRunner dealer on the NSW South Coast between Sydney and Victoria. Based in Wollongong Australia. We sell the full 2026 Yamaha WaveRunner range — from entry-level JetBlasters right through to the supercharged GP SVHO — and we service Sea-Doo and Kawasaki machines in our onsite workshop too. The business is owned by Craig Dean, a factory-trained marine mechanic with over 30 years of industry experience.

We sell to first-time buyers, performance enthusiasts, fishing legends, and families. Every customer is different — and your job is to find the right ski for each of them.

The Opportunity
This is a rare role — a full sales and marketing position for a premium powersports dealership, done remotely from the Philippines. You will be the first point of contact for every lead that comes through, and you will own that relationship right through to the deposit.

This is not a call centre job. This is a genuine sales role for someone who understands the industry, can talk confidently about product, and gets excited about helping someone find their perfect ski.

What You Will Do
Sales — Inbound & Outbound
• Respond to inbound ---------- within 5 minutes via Facebook ---------- , Instagram, website form, and email
• Make outbound follow-up calls using a VoIP system with an Australian phone number
• Qualify buyers, match them to the right 2026 Yamaha WaveRunner model, and handle objections
• Quote pricing, trailer packages, pre-delivery and registration costs
• Secure a $500 holding deposit via Stripe payment link
• Book showroom visits and send detailed handoff briefs to Craig for every deal
• Maintain the lead tracker daily and log every call and contact

Marketing & Lead Generation
• Manage Facebook, Instagram and TikTok — scheduling posts, responding to comments, building community
• Identify and reach out to warm prospects — fishing clubs, ski clubs, marina communities
• Assist with email marketing campaigns to existing customers and leads
• Research competitor activity and report opportunities back to Craig
• Help generate content ideas based on customer conversations and trends

What We Are Looking For
Essential
• Sales experience — inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, closing deals on high-ticket products
• Experience in marine, powersports, automotive, or outdoor recreation sales — this is non-negotiable
• Confident, clear English — spoken and written — you will be talking to Australian customers every day
• Comfortable on the phone — this role involves real outbound calls, not just messaging
• Social media management experience — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
• Self-motivated and organised — you manage your own pipeline with minimal supervision
• Reliable internet (20+ Mbps) and a quality headset for calls
• Available to work Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours

Highly Regarded
• Personal interest in jetskis, boating, fishing, surfing, diving, or any watersport — we want someone who genuinely gets it
• You ride a jetski, own a boat, fish, or spend time on the water — tell us about it
• Experience selling WaveRunners, Sea-Doos, Jetskis, boats, or powersports equipment
• Familiarity with Yamaha WaveRunner or PWC products
• Experience with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or lead tracking systems
• Content creation skills — video editing, Canva, Reels

What We Offer
Base Pay
$5–$6 USD/hr depending on experience

Commission
Paid per closed sale — discuss at interview

Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, AEST business hours
