We're a growing junk removal company based in the United States, and we're looking for a talented, creative Social Media Manager to join our team 100% remotely.
This isn't just a video editing role — we need someone who can think strategically, create compelling content, and help us grow our brand across social media.
What you'll be doing:

Editing raw footage into polished Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
Writing video scripts and pitching fresh content ideas
Scheduling and posting content to our social platforms
Writing captions and copy for review before publishing
Strategizing our content calendar to maximize reach and engagement

What we're looking for:

Experience managing social media for a home services business (junk removal, cleaning, landscaping, moving, or similar is a big plus)
Strong eye for short-form video — you know what stops a scroll
Excellent written English for captions and copy
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiar with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Able to produce 1–2 videos per day once footage is provided

Pay: Negotiable based on experience
Hours: Part-time with potential to grow into full-time
