CRO Specialist (Dropshipping)

We are looking for a highly analytical and tech-savvy Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our team. Your primary focus will be maximizing conversion rates, analyzing customer feedback, optimizing landing pages, and utilizing top-tier AI tools to scale our workflows.

- Manage live landing page progress, conduct A/B testing using Intelligems (understanding statistical significance), and perform in-depth product research.
- Strategize pre-launch Q&As, manage discount types, and supercharge both product pages and dedicated landing pages.
- Leverage tools like Claude AI (including Claude Projects) to streamline marketing operations.
- Write creative briefs for AI static ads, UGC, and viral video ads with voiceovers. Train video editors on integrating AI into their workflows.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in CRO for e-commerce/dropshipping brands.

- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and understanding of statistical significance.

- Strong proficiency prompting and building workflows with AI models (Claude, Higgsfield, Manus etc).

- Excellent analytical, research.
