We are a fast-growing social media marketing agency based in Orlando, Florida, specializing in content creation and social media marketing for automotive dealerships and local businesses. We are looking for a talented full-time Video Editor from the Philippines who can create engaging, high-quality short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to edit approximately 25 short-form videos per week. The ideal candidate understands modern social media trends, retention-focused editing, color grading, motion graphics, captions, sound design, and storytelling techniques that help videos perform well online.

Responsibilities
Edit 25 short-form videos per week
Add engaging captions and subtitles
Color grade footage for a professional look
Use sound effects, transitions, and motion graphics when appropriate
Create edits that maximize viewer retention and engagement
Follow brand guidelines and social media trends
Organize project files and maintain efficient workflow
Meet deadlines consistently
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of video editing experience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Experience editing TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and audience retention
Excellent color grading skills
Ability to create dynamic captions and motion graphics
Reliable internet connection and computer
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and take feedback well
Bonus Qualifications
Experience editing content for car dealerships
Knowledge of social media algorithms and viral content strategies
Experience with Adobe After Effects
Graphic design experience
