Graphic Designer for shirtdesignes

Hi, i need a graphic designer to modify a few shirtdesignes and to create new designs and banners for shirts. for starting i need 10 designes and maybe in the next few month up to 250. i would like to send you a first example which is paid with 200 pesos, after you can make me an offer if i like your work.
