Real Estate Acquisition & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

ABOUT US
I am a multifamily real estate investor based in Tampa, Florida. I am a student of Peter Harris Commercial Property Advisors and am actively searching for off-market multifamily properties throughout Florida.
I am looking for a loyal, long-term Virtual Assistant who can grow with my company and help me build a real estate acquisition business.
This is not just a data entry position. I need someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work inside ProspectNow by Buildout • Build lists of multifamily property owners • Research 5-20 unit apartment properties • Locate owner phone numbers and email addresses • Skip trace property owners • Enter and organize data in spreadsheets • Update CRM records • Track follow-up calls and marketing campaigns • Assist with direct mail campaigns • Research LLC ownership information • Research property information online • Help organize business documents • Assist with email management • Create simple reports and summaries • Schedule appointments when needed

IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Excellent English skills • Experience in real estate preferred • Experience with CRM systems • Comfortable learning new software • Strong internet research skills • Detail-oriented • Honest and dependable • Able to work independently • Long-term mindset
