What You'll Do

Your work will include a variety of creative projects, including:
Website Design & Development
Build and edit WordPress websites using Elementor
Take AI-generated website templates and transform them into polished, professional websites
Improve layouts, spacing, typography, colors, and overall user experience
Ensure websites look great on desktop, tablet, and mobile
Source appropriate images, icons, and graphics
Make basic SEO improvements where appropriate
Social Media & Graphic Design
Design Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn graphics
Create carousel posts and educational content
Design advertisements and promotional materials
Maintain consistent branding across multiple businesses
Video Editing
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
Add captions, transitions, music, and simple motion graphics
Repurpose existing content into engaging social media videos
Use AI tools when appropriate to improve workflow
Creative Collaboration
Suggest improvements rather than simply following instructions
Help refine messaging and presentation
Stay current with modern design trends while keeping projects clean and professional


Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has experience with most of the following:
WordPress
Elementor
Canva
CapCut or similar video editing software
Basic graphic design principles
Mobile responsive design
Strong English communication skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently

Bonus points if you have experience with:
Photoshop
Adobe Express
Figma
AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Midjourney
Basic SEO
Google Analytics or Meta Ads creative
What We're Looking For

The perfect candidate has excellent design taste.

You understand:
White space
Typography
Visual hierarchy
Consistent branding
Modern website layouts
Clean, professional aesthetics

We care more about your eye for design than fancy technical tricks.


Hours & Pay

Part-time to start (approximately 20 hours per week), MORE to come.
$6-$8 per hour (hourly pay based on experience and portfolio)
Potential for increased pay and hours based on performance
Long-term opportunity with room to grow
