AI-powered book producer needed (5-10 books/month, fixed rate per book)

I'm building a streamlined book production system and looking for a skilled, detail-oriented operator to bring it to life at scale.

You won't be starting from a blank page. I have a proven workflow using Claude, ChatGPT, and Spiral that handles the heavy lifting of writing and structuring each book. Your job is to run that system faithfully, produce polished final manuscripts, and deliver consistently on a monthly cadence of 5-10 books a month.

What you'll be doing:

- Following my step-by-step AI writing workflow using Claude and ChatGPT for content generation and Spiral for book structuring and outlining
- Generating all book images using ChatGPT's image creation tools, following my visual style guidelines
- Reviewing, refining, and quality-checking each book before delivery (the AI does the draft; you own the final product)
- Delivering 5 completed books per month at the agreed fixed rate per book
- Communicating clearly and flagging anything that needs my input before it becomes a bottleneck

What I'm looking for:

- Comfortable working inside AI writing tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and following structured prompt-based workflows
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistent quality output
- Self-directed and organized; you manage your own time to hit the monthly target
- Experience with book production, ghostwriting, or content creation is a big plus
- Familiarity with Spiral is a bonus but not required; I'll walk you through it
