FULL TIME TELEMARKETING SUPERVISOR FOR ESTABLISHED COMPANY

We are in need of a Supervisor with at least 3 years management experience that will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, TRAINING and managing a team of telemarketers (and if necessary firing team members). There are no such things as "bosses" here, we are a TEAM. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills. A friendly, pleasant and professional manner is absolutely essential. General administrative abilities, typing 60 wpm, and excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Power point, and Excel) are a must.

Your biggest challenge will be training and managing the team of telemarketers, so you must have a strong will, be persistent, have an aggressive side when necessary, and have a good sense of humor. This is a great position for an energetic self-starter with strong administrative AND management skills. The person in this position needs a genuine 'can do' attitude and a willingness to learn new things, find novel approaches to familiar tasks, and pitch in wherever help is needed. We are looking for someone that is smart, a quick learner, and able to think outside the box.

This is a long-term commitment, and we are in need of someone we can count on for many years. You must be comfortable speaking up when you don't know how to do something. You will help us to recruit, and maintain a team. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality with regard to all business and personal affairs.

This job is for fulltime employment during the hours of 10am - 9pm Eastern (10pm-9:00PM PHT) with availability during "outside calling hours" via mobile and skype, to manage and assist our "resume sourcers" and other data collection projects that may arise from time to time.

You MUST 1) read, write and speak English fluently, 2) have reliable high speed "fast" internet access (we will pay for VOIP service - Skype), and 3) be reliable and capable of working efficiently while multitasking. Having a backup power source, such as a generator is a huge plus.
