Part-Time Content Creator & Video Editing Virtual Assistant for Spiritual Wellness Brand

IntuNikki LLC is a growing wellness brand dedicated to bridging the gap between science and spirituality through energy healing, sound healing, nervous system education, and personal transformation.

We create inspiring, educational, and authentic content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented virtual assistant who loves creating beautiful content and can help bring our message to life.

Responsibilities:

Video Editing

* Edit approximately 30 short-form videos per month
* Add engaging captions and text overlays
* Remove mistakes and pauses
* Add transitions, music, and B-roll when appropriate
* Match a calming, elevated wellness aesthetic

Content Creation

* Create Canva graphics and carousels
* Format captions provided by our content system
* Ensure all content matches our brand voice

Social Media Management

* Upload and schedule posts to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
* Monitor comments and respond using pre-approved responses
* Organize content files and maintain our content calendar

Qualifications:

Must have:

* Experience editing Reels/TikToks/Shorts
* Experience using CapCut or similar editing software
* Experience with Canva
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent English comprehension
* Ability to follow detailed instructions

Bonus:

* Experience working with coaches or wellness brands

Hours & Pay:

* 25 hours per week
* Flexible schedule
* Starting budget: $300/month depending on experience and skill
* Opportunity for increased hours and pay as the business grows
