MOLAR AI helps dental practices grow through AI-powered content, automation, and distribution.

We are building systems that allow high-quality content to be created, customized, and published at scale.

We are hiring a senior AI operator to help improve and scale those systems.

Your responsibility is simple:

**Build systems that allow us to produce more content, at higher quality, with less human effort.**

This is not a training role.

You should already be highly proficient with modern AI tools, automation platforms, content workflows, and operational systems.

You will work directly with the founder to improve workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, increase output quality, and build infrastructure that supports long-term growth.

## Responsibilities

### AI Systems & Prompt Engineering

* Build and optimize AI workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, and related tools
* Create prompt frameworks that consistently produce high-quality outputs
* Improve content generation systems across writing, design, video, and operations
* Research, test, and implement new AI technologies
* Build internal tools and processes that increase team efficiency

### Automation & Operations

* Build automations using Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks, AI agents, and related technologies
* Eliminate repetitive manual work
* Connect platforms and workflows across the business
* Improve operational efficiency and scalability
* Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
* Document systems and processes

### Content Production Systems

* Improve content creation workflows
* Build systems for batching and scaling content production
* Improve quality control processes
* Increase output without sacrificing quality
* Help develop repeatable systems that support hundreds of clients

### Creative & Content Leadership

* Improve design quality across the company
* Improve video production workflows
* Improve copywriting systems and content performance
* Establish standards and best practices for content creation
* Support and guide tea ---------- mbers when needed

Within your first 90 days:

* Manual processes have been reduced or eliminated
* New automations have been deployed
* Content production speed has increased
* Content quality has improved
* Operational bottlenecks have been removed
* Team efficiency has improved
* Systems are better documented and easier to scale

You should leave every workflow better than you found it.

Compensation is based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated ability.
