Outbound Sales Caller (US Market)

We are a digital marketing and automation agency helping local businesses across the US get more leads and customers from the traffic they already have. We are a small, established team, and we are looking to add a dedicated outbound caller who wants a stable, long-term role with genuine room to grow.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will speak with US local business owners, understand what they need, and present our service clearly and confidently. This is a phone-forward role, not chat only. You will own your pipeline from first contact through to a signed client, with our full support along the way.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reach out to local US businesses by phone, WhatsApp, and social media
Qualify prospects and book discovery calls
Run your own calls and close deals on a $397/month service
Keep your pipeline and daily activity updated in our CRM
Follow up consistently and professionally

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At least 1 year in outbound sales, appointment setting, or closing
Experience selling to US businesses (any industry)
Confident and clear on the phone
Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable with CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
Self-motivated and reliable, with a stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
Available to work US business hours

COMPENSATION

Base salary of $500/month
Performance-based commission on top of your base, so your earnings progress as you close more
A short paid trial period to start, so we can both be sure it is the right fit
We will walk you through the full commission structure during the interview

This is a long-term role. As you build a steady client base, your monthly income grows alongside it. We are looking for someone who wants to settle in and grow with the team.
