About this role
Kucks Health is a US health and life insurance agency. The owner films on camera. I'm building the agency's Instagram and TikTok with founder-led short-form video, and I need one reliable person to handle everything after the camera: editing, posting, and engagement. This is part-time and long-term, paid based on experience, plus a $20 bonus for any video that passes 1 million views. Do great work and the role grows.
What you'll do
- Edit raw footage (filmed in monthly batches by me) into short-form videos for Reels and TikTok: strong hooks, captions and subtitles, b-roll, trending audio, clean pacing.
- Turn each batch into weeks of content. One filming session becomes many posts.
- Post consistently on both platforms, around 4 to 7 posts per week per platform, on a simple calendar.
- Daily engagement: reply to comments, like and follow relevant accounts, basic DM triage using my scripts.
- Pull in trending sounds and formats from the finance and insurance creator space.
- Send a short monthly report: views, follows, saves, shares, profile clicks, and any DMs or leads.
What I provide
- Logo and brand assets, a brand voice guide, a banned-words list, and DM response scripts.
- Monthly raw footage. Some AI tools already set up.
You must have
- Strong short-form editing in CapCut and/or Premiere or similar. Portfolio of Reels or TikToks required.
- Experience posting and growing Instagram and TikTok accounts. Send accounts you've handled and show proof of their follower growth.
- Strong written English for captions, hooks, and replies.
- A real feel for hooks and retention.
- Reliability. This runs on showing up daily.
Nice to have
- Finance, insurance, or founder-brand content experience.
- Canva design for thumbnails and static posts.
- Scheduling tools like Metricool, Later, or Buffer.
Important: regulated content
This is insurance content, so it follows compliance rules. No "guaranteed," "best," or "cheapest" wording. No insurance quotes or advice. No answering health or medical questions in comments or DMs. Those route to me. These rules protect the business license, so they're not optional.
How to apply (read closely)
1. Start your message with the word TRUST so I know you read the post.
2. Send 2 to 3 links to short-form videos you personally edited.
3. Send 1 to 2 Instagram or TikTok accounts you've posted for or grown, with screenshots proving the follower growth (before and after).
4. In one or two sentences, what would you post in week one for a health and life insurance agency just starting out?
5. Why should I hire you? What makes you different from every other editor and content manager applying, and how do I know I can depend on you?
Applications missing these steps get skipped.
