JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing DTC supplement brand scaling primarily on Meta (Facebook + Instagram). We're looking for a direct-response media buyer who lives inside Ads Manager and knows how to turn ad spend into profitable, scalable revenue.

This is a performance role. You'll own the account, the numbers, and the testing engine that feeds it. If you can take a daily flow of new creative, structure it into clean tests, read the data at the ad-set level, kill what bleeds, and scale what works — keep reading.

What you'll own

Full management of our Meta ad account — campaign builds, launches, daily optimization, and budget pacing
A daily creative testing cadence: structuring fresh creative batches into test campaigns and graduating winners into scaling campaigns

Ad-set-level analysis first, then drilling to the ad level inside healthy ad sets — diagnosing budget fragmentation, frequency, and audience overlap

Kill / scale decisions driven by spend, ROAS, and CPA thresholds — protecting new tests while cutting proven losers fast

Campaign architecture: testing ? scaling, ABO / CBO, Advantage+ Shopping — preserving post IDs and social proof when duplicating winners

Audience strategy: broad, interest, custom, and lookalike audiences with creative-led prospecting

Tracking integrity: Meta Pixel + Conversions API, event setup, and attribution windows

Daily / weekly reporting on the metrics that matter — spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, frequency, MER — with a clear read on what's working and why

A tight feedback loop with the creative team: telling them which hooks, angles, and formats are winning so the next batch is sharper

You're a fit if you have

[2]+ years buying on Meta for DTC / e-commerce brands, with a real track record of profitable scaling (be ready to share spend levels and ROAS)

Deep fluency in Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager — no hand-holding needed on account setup, structure, or troubleshooting

A genuine testing methodology — you think in hypotheses, isolate variables, and let the data d ----------

Comfort buying in a privacy-era environment — CAPI, modeled conversions, and blended / MER thinking

Strong analytical instincts — you can look at an account and immediately see where the money is leaking

Shopify familiarity and an understanding of the full funnel (ad ? landing page ? checkout)
Big bonus points for

Experience buying for supplements, health, or wellness brands

Working knowledge of Meta's ad policies for supplements and health claims — you know how to scale compliant creative and keep an account in good standing (this matters a lot to us)

Familiarity with third-party attribution (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.)

Understanding of email / retention (Klaviyo) and how paid + owned channels work together

A clean, well-structured account — no budget fragmentation, no bloated ad sets
A fast, disciplined testing loop that consistently surfaces new winners
