JOB OVERVIEW

Who we are: We are a managed services provider with 10 people. We keep small and midsize businesses running with IT support, security, cloud, and compliance. We are great at the tech. Our marketing has been an afterthought. That stops now.

The problem we need you to fix Right now our leads come from word of mouth and luck. Some months are great. Some months are dead. We have a website, a Google profile, a list of old contacts, and vendor dollars we never touch. None of it works together. We need one person to own marketing and turn it into a steady machine.

What you will own This is a hands on role. You run the work, not just plan it.
Run our website and local SEO so we show up when a business near us searches for IT help.
Keep our Google Business Profile fresh and grow our review count.
Write and send a monthly email to our list. Wake up the dead contacts.
Post for us on LinkedIn and keep a simple content schedule.
Turn happy clients into case studies, reviews, and short video clips.
Plan small events. Lunch and learns, webinars, and local chamber meetups.
Use vendor money (co op and MDF funds from partners like Microsoft) so we stop leaving it on the table.
Keep our CRM clean. Track every lead from first click to closed deal.
Build simple landing pages and forms for campaigns.
Send us a short monthly report. What worked, what did not, what is next.

What you will not do You are not the help desk. You will not fix computers. You will not cold call all day (sales handles that). You focus on marketing that fills the pipeline.

Outcomes we expect We measure marketing by results, not busywork. Here is what good looks like.
In your first 90 days:
Our CRM is clean and every lead is tracked.
We send one email per month, every month.
We post at least twice a week.
Reviews are climbing again.

By month six:
A steady flow of new leads comes in each month.
At least one campaign is booking real calls.
Three or more case studies are live.

By month twelve:
Marketing brings in a real share of our new business.
We can name our cost to get one lead and one new client.
We have a content library we can reuse.

Who you are
One to three years in marketing. MSP or B2B tech is a big plus.
You write well and fast. Clear beats clever.
You know email tools, a CRM, and basic SEO.
You like data. You keep what works and cut what does not.
You run on your own. We give you the goal, not a babysitter.

Nice to have
You know the MSP world (RMM, PSA, MDF, security stacks).
You can edit short video or make basic graphics.
You have run paid ads on Google or LinkedIn.
You how to use: instantly.ai, ---------- , ---------- , ---------- (We are open to changing out GTM apps)
