Social Media Marketing & Administrative Assistant (Remote – Philippines) - qj5POAB

Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Compensation: $4–$6/hour (based on experience) + 13th Month Pay

Schedule: (Australia – Adelaide Time)

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
(Manila, PH Time: Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM)

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support marketing and administrative operations remotely. This role focuses on keeping projects organized, managing digital content, and ensuring workflows are implemented accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys behind-the-scenes work, follows systems well, and takes pride in helping a business run smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Manage CRM records and maintain organized databases.
Set up and schedule email marketing campaigns.
Coordinate and schedule social media content.
Upload and organize blog and website content.
Create and resize graphics using Canva.
Assist with basic video editing and content repurposing.
Support workflows, campaigns, and project tracking.
Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
Help create and update SOPs and internal processes.
What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Experience with social media management.
Graphic design experience using Canva or similar tools.
Basic video editing skills.
Ability to quickly learn new software and technology.
Comfortable following established systems and processes.
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred but Not Required

Experience with CRM platforms.

Email
marketing experience.
Website editing experience.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Experience with automation platforms.
