Sales Development & Research Assistant (Salesforce, Lead Research & CRM Support)

Utilicor Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Development & Research Assistant to support our U.S. sales efforts.

This is NOT a cold-calling position. Your primary responsibility will be researching prospects, maintaining Salesforce CRM, building contact lists, and helping identify opportunities in the utility, municipal, construction, and equipment rental markets.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain Salesforce CRM
• Research and verify contact information
• Build prospect lists for utilities, municipalities, contractors, and engineering firms
• Research projects using construction bid reports, bid portals, and public sources
• Identify decision makers and contact information
• Maintain dealer, contractor, and customer databases
• Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-up activities
• Support strategic account development initiatives

Requirements:

• Excellent written English
• Strong internet research skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience:

• Lead generation
• Salesforce CRM
• B2B sales support
• Construction, utility, equipment, or industrial markets

Success in this role will be measured by the quality of research, accuracy of CRM data, and ability to provide qualified prospects and project opportunities to the sales team.
