AI UGC Creator & Video Editor (Realistic TikTok Style Ads)

We are looking for a talented AI UGC Creator & Video Editor who can recreate high-performing TikTok and Meta ads using AI-generated creators.

We are a premium skincare brand and want to test AI-generated UGC as a scalable way to create new ad creatives.

The goal is simple:

If viewers can immediately tell it's AI, it's not good enough.

We're looking for someone who understands both AI tools and performance marketing, and who can create videos that feel authentic, native, and believable.

What You'll Do

•? ?Recreate existing TikTok and Meta ads using AI-generated creators
•? ?Adapt proven ad concepts to our skincare products
•? ?Generate realistic AI avatars and talking-head videos
•? ?Edit videos to improve realism and engagement
•? ?Remove AI artifacts, awkward movements, lip-sync issues, and unnatural facial expressions
•? ?Improve pacing, hooks, and overall ad quality where needed
•? ?Deliver ad-ready creatives for testing on Meta and TikTok

Requirements

•? ?Proven experience creating realistic AI UGC content
•? ?Strong video editing skills
•? ?Experience with TikTok-style content and direct-response advertising
•? ?Ability to study and recreate existing winning ads
•? ?Strong attention to detail
•? ?Experience with HeyGen or a similar platform that delivers equal or better quality

What We're Looking For

We are not looking for generic AI videos.

We want content that feels as close as possible to real UGC created by a real person.

A large part of this role is editing and refinement. You should be able to identify and fix AI artifacts, improve scenes, adjust pacing, and make the final output look as realistic as possible.

The final result should feel native enough that most consumers would not immediately recognize it as AI-generated.

Find a high-performing TikTok or Meta ad that you believe would work well for our products.

Examples:

•? ?Deliver a short 10–20 second sample (not a full ad)
•? ?Focus on realism and authenticity above everything else

Talking-head style content is also completely fine.

The AI creator can simply hold the product and talk to the camera. Product application shots are not required, as we understand those are often more difficult to create realistically with AI.

We would actually prefer a highly realistic talking-head video over a less realistic product-use video.
