Virtual Assistant for Online marketplace ecommerce

Job Title: Virtual Assistant – E-commerce & Marketplace Operations
About the Role
We sell clothing on online marketplaces in the Middle East. We need a VA who gets things done fast and does them right the first time.

This starts as a 2-month freelance contract. If it goes well, it becomes a long-term part-time or full-time role. We want someone reliable who grows with us.

What You Will Do

- Create product listings and write product descriptions
- Generate and edit product images using AI tools (we will train you)
- Upload and manage product catalogs on marketplace portals
- Check SKUs and product data for errors — you must have a very sharp eye
- Coordinate with the warehouse team on stock and deliveries
- Handle basic admin tasks related to the marketplace


Tools You Will Use

- Claude AI (this is our main tool — you must be comfortable learning AI software)
- Canva
- PhotoRoom
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Marketplace portals (full training provided)


You Are a Good Fit If You:

- Have worked on e-commerce listings before (Amazon, Shopee, Noon, Lazada, or similar)
- Are very detail-oriented — small mistakes in this job cost money
- Learn new software fast
- Work well without being told what to do every hour
- Reply to whatsapp messages/emails within 20 minutes
- Are looking for stable, long-term work — not just a short project
- You enjoy repetitive work

Hours & Pay

- Remote, flexible hours
- Rate: $5 per hour
- This role starts as a freelance contract for the first 2 months
- After that, based on performance, it moves to a long-term part-time or full-time role
