If You are an Online Outreach Superstar, We are Looking for You!

We are a fast-growing digital agency based in Melbourne, Australia. We are looking for someone who has excellent writing and communication skill with great organisation and attention to detail. You will be managing a number of client projects and dealing with freelancers and copywriters to make sure everything gets done on time.

If you also have an experience with white hat link building prospecting (finding link opportunities, outreach, etc), you’ll get an extra incentive from us.

Tasks that you’ll perform on day to day basis will include:

Prospecting
We need you to search niche relevant opportunities such as:
1. Guest posting opportunities
2. Sponsored post opportunities
3. Link round up opportunities
4. Resource page links
5. Broken link building

Outreach (Contacting Bloggers, Journalists, etc)
You will be responsible for:
1. Setup Gmail for outreach
2. Build outreach personas
3. Setup templates for outreach
4. Contact prospects
5. Negotiate with prospects
6. Deal with content writers for article writing
7. Article editing (fix errors and problems with contents from writers)

Must Have Skills:
1. Excellent English (Written and Verbal – preferably British English).
2. Editing (Proofreading)
3. Superb task organisation (we need someone who is highly organised)
4. Experience to perform email outreach and manage dozens of email a day
5. Experience to respond when the prospects email you back
6. Ability to use Gmail
7. Ability to use Excel/Google Spreadsheet

Preferred Skills:
1. Ability to use search engine “search operators”
2. Basic understanding about link quality
3. Ability to use Ahrefs, Majestic, and SEMRush to evaluate link quality

You will have a two-week trial as a probation and if we are happy with your performance, you’ll begin working part time with us.
