Senior Accountant / Accounting Lead — Fractional CFO Firm (Remote)

We're a U.S.-based fractional CFO firm serving service businesses across the country. We're hiring a full-time senior-level accountant to oversee our accounting team (three part-time, one full-time) and own the quality of our client accounting work.

What you'll need
- Experience in a CPA firm, accounting firm, bookkeeping firm, or fractional CFO firm
- Supervisory experience leading an accounting team
- Experience supporting multiple clients at once
- Strong QuickBooks Online skills
- Strong grasp of accrual accounting
- Month-end close and journal entry experience
- Ability to reconcile complete balance sheets and work through complex reconciliation issues and discrepancies
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Professional appearance and workspace for video meetings

Tax experience is not important.

Schedule

Full-time. You must be available during U.S. Eastern business hours, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM EST.
