Hemero is a basketball apparel company based in Los Angeles. We work with schools, AAU programs, basketball coaches, leagues, adult teams, and team stores.
We are looking for a remote Sales Rep / Account Coordinator based in the Philippines.
This is not just a basic VA role. We need someone confident, organized, curious, and comfortable speaking with coaches, team directors, and sports programs.
Main responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls and texts during assigned hours
* Ask basic discovery questions and collect customer information
* Research schools, basketball programs, coaches, athletic directors, leagues, and teams
* Build weekly lead lists by city or region
* Send short professional outreach
* Follow up with coaches without sounding pushy
* Book or coordinate qualified calls with the founder
* Keep all leads, notes, stages, and follow-ups updated in Close CRM
* Learn Hemero’s products, pricing, team stores, spirit packs, and ordering process
* Eventually help with simple team orders and customer follow-up
You should be:
* very comfortable speaking English
* confident on the phone
* organized and detail-oriented
* familiar with CRM tools or willing to learn Close CRM
* comfortable doing online research
* good at follow-up
* not afraid to take initiative
* professional, calm, and not overly aggressive
* interested in sports, basketball, apparel, or sales
Schedule:
Part-time to start, around 10–20 hours per week. Must be able to work some Pacific Time hours because most customers are in the United States.
