Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Repair Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of consumer protection laws, credit reporting regulations, factual-based disputing strategies, and the overall credit restoration process.
This position is best suited for someone who is highly organized, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple client files while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
* Analyze consumer credit reports and identify reporting inaccuracies.
* Prepare and submit factual dispute letters and supporting documentation.
* Draft and manage CFPB complaints when appropriate.
* Review and utilize FTC Identity Theft Reports and supporting evidence.
* Handle disputes involving ChexSystems and Early Warning Services.
* Monitor client progress and maintain accurate case notes.
* Track dispute timelines, bureau responses, and creditor investigations.
* Review Metro 2 reporting standards and identify compliance violations.
* Maintain organized client records and workflows.
* Ensure all dispute activities remain compliant with applicable federal and state laws.

Software & Platform Experience
Candidates should be familiar with most or all of the following:

* FTC
* Credit Monitoring Platforms
* CRM and Client Management Systems
Qualifications
* Minimum 1-2 years of credit repair or consumer law experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional organizational and file management abilities.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
* Experience handling multiple client files simultaneously.
