JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing US-based sales organization and we need a Recruiting & Personnel Coordinator to help us hire and onboard our sales team FAST.

YOUR MISSION:
Keep our hiring pipeline full and flowing. We hire in volume and let performance decide who stays — your job is to keep new people coming in, get them set up on their role, and track who is producing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Post and manage job listings to attract a high volume of applicants
- Process applicants quickly and move them onto a standard onboarding form
- Get new hires set up with their script, pricing sheet, and process documents (provided)
- Track each new hire's onboarding and daily performance stats
- Keep simple records of who is hired, onboarded, and producing
- Send a daily report

IMPORTANT — OUR HIRING PHILOSOPHY:
We do NOT screen heavily or look for "only the best" applicants. We open the gate, bring people in fast, get them onboarded, and let their results sort them out. If you are someone who likes to gatekeep or over-filter candidates, this is not the role. We want volume and speed with good organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous recruiting, HR, VA coordination, or admin experience
- Clear written and spoken English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with records
- Reliable internet
- Available during USA business hours (EST)
- Comfortable managing multiple new hires at once

This is a long-term position. As we grow, this role grows with us into a full personnel function.
