We are looking for a proactive and experienced Social Media Virtual Assistant to support a Singapore-based Financial Advisory firm.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with financial advisors, insurance agents, wealth management firms, or financial services businesses and understand how to create professional, compliant, and engaging content for the financial industry.
This role will involve content planning, social media management, audience engagement, and supporting the firm's personal branding and lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as
Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with the firm's branding and marketing goals
Create engaging captions and content tailored to the financial advisory industry
Assist with content ideation and content calendar planning
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement professionally
Support personal branding initiatives for financial advisors
Research industry trends and relevant financial topics for content creation
Track social media performance and provide recommendations for growth and improvement
Coordinate with the client to ensure content aligns with business objectives and compliance requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media VA or Social Media Manager
Prior experience working in the financial advisory, insurance, wealth management, or financial services industry
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
Excellent written English communication skills
Experience with content scheduling and social media management tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
