Job Title: Event/Operations Coordinator, Social media marketing, data lead gen, multi-skilled person
Salary: 35,000 – 50,000 PHP per month (depending on experience)
Likely to be 4 hours per day to begin with - can quickly move to 6-8 per day

About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organised and proactive person to:
- help coordinate small events (typically 10–30 people)
- help with lead generation
- able to call and book venues, negotiate good prices
- help with internet order replies, returns etc.
- Basically - A Swiss army knife!

Responsibilities - detail
Event Coordination (Primary Focus)
Research and shortlist venues
Call venues to:
check availability
confirm pricing
negotiate where appropriate
Coordinate bookings and logistics
Ensure events run smoothly and all details are confirmed
Admin & EA Support
Update presentation materials (e.g. event details such as date, time, venue)
Assist with general coordination tasks
Organise information clearly across documents and systems
Support with ad hoc operational and administrative work
Customer Coordination
Confirm attendee bookings
Send event details and updates
Respond to enquiries professionally
AI & Efficiency
Use tools like ChatGPT to:
draft communications
improve workflows
automate repetitive tasks
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
Strong spoken and written English
Comfortable making phone calls
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Very important:
Confident communicator
Able to negotiate and get better outcomes
Can work independently without constant supervision
Ideal experience:
2–5 years in:
Customer service (voice-based)
Events / hospitality / travel
Admin / EA / operations roles
Salary
PHP 35,000 – 50,000 per month pro rata for hours
(based on experience and capability)
