Hybrid Grant Application Manager + Executive Assistant – Holographic Cultural Tourism (Canada)

Job Description
We are Spark AI NLP / HoloHeal Synergy — a Canadian nonprofit-tech initiative based in New Brunswick, focused on holographic services for cultural marketing and tourism. Our vision brings Acadian and First Nations storytelling to life through immersive hologram experiences, NFC/NFT attractions, and inclusive healing tech (HoloHeal) in Fredericton, Moncton, Shediac, and beyond.

We need a reliable, proactive Filipino VA for a long-term hybrid role:
70% Grant Application Management
30?O / Executive Support

This is a meaningful opportunity to help scale innovative cultural tourism and disability-led projects that create real community impact.

Key Responsibilities

Grant Work (70%)

Recheck and validate AI-generated grant research for accuracy and strength.
Research, prepare, submit, and manage online grant applications (ACOA, Mila, ResearchNB, tourism/heritage funds, innovation grants, etc.).

Track deadlines, compliance, reporting, and follow-ups.

Draft compelling narratives that blend holographic tech, cultural preservation, marketing, and social impact.

CEO / Executive Support (30%)
Manage schedule, calendar coordination, and daily/weekly planning.

Handle administrative tasks, task tracking, email support, and project organization.
Support overall operations for our holographic tourism and AI initiatives.

Requirements
Proven experience in grant writing/applications + executive assistant / admin work (hybrid roles preferred).
Excellent English writing and research skills — clear, persuasive, detail-oriented.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Experience with government/nonprofit grants, tourism, culture/heritage, tech/innovation, or marketing is a big plus.
Comfortable working with AI tools (you’ll refine AI outputs, not generate from scratch).

Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote long-term setup.

Availability with good overlap for Atlantic Canada time (ADT).
