We’re looking for a talented Virtual Creative Director or Boutique Creative Agency to work closely with our team to help shape our brand presence across social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and educational content.

PHAN & CO. is a fast-growing beauty brand specializing in professional brow and lash products, education, and beauty services. We are looking for a creative partner who can help elevate our brand through innovative content and strategic creative direction.

What You’ll Do

* Collaborate with our team to brainstorm content ideas, campaigns, and launches
* Help develop creative concepts for social media, advertisements, and brand storytelling
* Turn rough ideas into polished content strategies
* Create content briefs, mood boards, shot lists, and creative direction
* Suggest trending content formats and ways to adapt them to our brand
* Help plan and conceptualize photo shoots and video shoots
* Review content and provide feedback before posting
* Assist with product launch campaigns and promotional strategies
* Stay up-to-date with social media trends, beauty industry trends, and viral content opportunities
* Serve as a creative sounding board for ongoing projects

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

* Has experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands
* Understands branding, storytelling, and content marketing
* Thinks outside the box and brings fresh ideas to the table
* Can take an idea and expand it into a full campaign
* Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and modern content trends
* Has a strong portfolio showcasing content strategy, creative direction, or brand campaigns
* Is highly organized and communicates clearly
* Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills

* Experience directing UGC content
* Experience with AI-generated content and creative tools
* Copywriting and scripting experience
* Graphic design or art direction background
* Beauty industry experience

Work Arrangement

* Remote / Virtual
