JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based wholesale real estate company looking for an experienced Wholesale Real Estate Transaction Coordinator.

This role is only for someone with direct wholesale real estate experience. Please do not apply if you only have traditional real estate, general VA, or admin experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage wholesale deals from signed contract to closing
Coordinate with sellers, buyers, title/closing attorneys, agents, lenders, and our internal team
Track deadlines, EMD, inspection periods, closing dates, seller access, title issues, payoffs, and signatures
Prepare and organize contracts, addendums, assignment agreements, closing checklists, and deal files
Follow up daily and keep the CRM updated
Send clear updates to the team and make sure nothing falls through the cracks

Requirements:

Wholesale real estate transaction coordination experience is required
C1+ English, written and spoken
Strong understanding of U.S. real estate closings, title/escrow process, assignments, and contracts
Very organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable following up with people
Experience with CRM, Google Drive, email, phone/SMS, and task management tools
Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
