Looking for a Skilled Video Editor for Faceless YouTube Channels – Long-Term Work Available

I am looking for an experienced video editor to edit videos for my faceless YouTube channels. The videos need to be high-quality, engaging, and better than basic/simple editing.

You should already know how to edit YouTube videos professionally, understand pacing, visuals, music, sound effects, transitions, and how to keep viewers watching. I will provide example videos so you can clearly understand the editing style and quality I am looking for.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Editing faceless YouTube videos based on provided scripts, voiceovers, and examples.
2. Creating engaging video flow with strong pacing, relevant visuals, stock footage, images, zooms, transitions, captions, sound effects, and background music.
3. Making videos look professional, polished, and better than my current self-edited videos.
4. Following reference videos closely and matching the style I provide.
5. Finding suitable visual materials when needed, such as stock clips, images, screenshots, or other relevant media.
6. Making revisions if changes are needed.
7. Delivering edited videos on time.
8. Communicating clearly about progress and any questions.

The goal is to produce 2 edited videos per day.

Required technical skills and experience:

To qualify for this position, you should have experience with:

1. Video editing for YouTube.
2. Editing faceless videos.
3. Using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar.
4. Adding music, sound effects, zooms, transitions, captions, and visual effects.
5. Finding and using relevant visuals to support the script.
6. Exporting videos in high quality for YouTube.
7. Understanding viewer retention and how to make videos more engaging.

Please do not apply if you are a complete beginner. I am looking for someone who already knows how to edit well.

Soft skills

Desired technical skills and experience

These skills are a plus:

1. Experience editing YouTube documentary-style videos.
2. Experience with celebrity, entertainment, news, royal family, or storytelling channels.
3. Experience improving audience retention.
4. Motion graphics or simple animation experience.
5. Experience sourcing copyright-safe footage, images, and music.
6. Understanding of YouTube trends and viral editing style.

Work schedule and holidays

This is a remote position.

I am looking for someone who can edit regularly and deliver around 2 videos per day. The exact schedule can be discussed, but reliability and consistent delivery are very important.

Workload may grow over time if the quality is good.

Salary

Salary is negotiable and will be paid per video.
