JOB OVERVIEW

About the Project
We are producing 8 self-paced virtual learning modules (plus one short orientation module)
for a professional development project in K-12 education. Each module is a 10-20 minute
narrated, interactive learning experience delivered as a SCORM package via LMS.
The full series is produced in both English and Spanish (18 modules total: 9 English + 9
Spanish). The English modules will be produced first. Upon successful completion, the same
workflow will be repeated for the Spanish versions using translated scripts and slide decks that
we provide.

All content, narration scripts, slide decks (.pptx), and companion documents are already
created. We need a production specialist to take finished assets through the final audio and
publishing pipeline.

Scope of Work
You will be responsible for four production phases per module:
Phase 1: AI Voice Generation (ElevenLabs)
• Generate narrated audio from finalized, slide-by-slide narration scripts using ElevenLabs
text-to-speech
• Each module contains 15-20 slides, each with its own narration block (total ~1,500-2,800
words per module)
• Match voice settings (stability, clarity, style) to a reference sample we will provide for
Module 1 in each language
• Export individual audio files per slide (labeled by slide number)
• QC each clip for mispronunciations, pacing issues, and unnatural breaks, especially on
education-specific terminology (IEP, ESSA, IDEA, WIDA, and state-specific acronyms)
• For Spanish modules: QC audio for artifacts, pacing, and unnatural breaks (translated
scripts and linguistic review are handled separately)
• Re-generate and splice as needed until each clip meets quality standards
• A pronunciation guide is provided with every narration script
Phase 2: iSpring Suite Assembly
• Import the completed .pptx slide deck into iSpring Suite Max (desktop application,
Windows required)
• Sync generated audio to each slide with correct timing
• Configure slide transitions and advance settings (audio-driven, not click-to-advance)
• Preview and test full module playback end-to-end

Phase 3: Accessibility QA
• Verify reading order in PowerPoint (Selection Pane) matches logical content flow on
every slide
• Write or refine alt text for all images, graphics, and diagrams based on provided
descriptions
• Verify caption transcript files align with final audio (timing, content match)
• Run color contrast checks on all text and background combinations (minimum 4.5:1 for
normal text, 3:1 for large text per WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Confirm all non-text information conveyed by color also has a non-color indicator (labels,
patterns, icons)
• Test keyboard/tab navigation in the published module to ensure all content is reachable
without a mouse
• Log all findings in an accessibility checklist per module
Phase 4: SCORM Packaging and QA
• Publish each module as a SCORM 1.2 package (or SCORM 2004 if specified)
• Configure completion tracking rules (e.g., viewed all slides)
• Configure resume behavior (learner can exit and return where they left off)
• Test the published SCORM package in SCORM Cloud or equivalent LMS test
environment
• Verify: audio plays correctly on all slides, completion triggers properly, package resumes
on re-entry
• Deliver the final .zip SCORM package and a brief QA checklist per module
Deliverables Per Module
1. Audio files (one per slide, .mp3, labeled)
2. Published SCORM .zip package (tested and verified)
3. Accessibility checklist per module (reading order, alt text, contrast, keyboard nav)
4. Brief QA log noting any issues found and resolved during testing
What We Provide

• Finalized narration script with slide-by-slide text, word counts, and pronunciation guide

• iSpring Suite Max license (or you may use your own)
• Access to a test LMS environment for SCORM verification
