Static Creative Designer (Fashion E-Commerce & Paid Ads)

Salary: $1,000/month + Performance Bonuses
Bonus: $50 for every winning static ad creative

About Us

We are a premium 8 figure men's fashion brand selling globally through direct-to-consumer e-commerce. We create high-quality creative assets for Meta, Pinterest, display advertising, email marketing, and landing pages.

We're looking for a talented Static Creative Designer who can combine performance marketing with luxury fashion aesthetics.

What You'll Do
Design high-converting static ads for Meta, Pinterest, and other platforms.
Create image variations for A/B testing.
Design product-focused and lifestyle creatives.
Produce landing page visuals and promotional graphics.
Enhance and manipulate campaign imagery using AI.
Work closely with our marketing team to develop new creative concepts.
Maintain consistency with our premium brand guidelines.

Requirements.

Must Have:
Experience working with a paid ads-driven DTC e-commerce brand.
Strong understanding of direct response advertising.
Experience creating premium fashion creatives.
Excellent design skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

AI Experience Required:

You should have experience with:

Figma and/or Adobe Photoshop.
ImageArt.
Nano Banana.
Other AI image generation and editing tools.

Experience with additional AI creative platforms is a plus.
