Social Media Growth Manager – Trading Influencer & Trading Education Platform

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Social Media Growth Manager to help build the personal brand of a professional futures trading educator and expand the membership base of our rapidly growing trading education platform.
This is not simply a content posting position. We are looking for someone who understands audience growth, social media strategy, content marketing, community engagement, and lead generation.
Your primary objective will be to increase visibility, followers, engagement, and memberships by developing a strong online presence across multiple social media platforms.

We are building a recognized educational brand in the futures trading industry and are seeking a social media professional who can help grow our reach and establish our founder as a respected industry personality.

Responsibilities
Content Strategy
Develop social media growth strategies
Create monthly content calendars
Identify trending topics within trading and finance
Plan educational, entertaining, and promotional content
Content Creation
Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
Create educational trading graphics
Create social media carousels
Create quote graphics and motivational content
Edit trading clips and market analysis videos
Create thumbnails and promotional graphics
Social Media Management
Schedule content across platforms
Monitor engagement
Respond to comments and messages
Grow community interaction
Build relationships with followers
Growth & Marketing
Increase followers organically
Improve engagement rates
Develop lead-generation campaigns
Promote webinars and training events
Create membership acquisition campaigns
Track analytics and performance metrics
