I am a Texas Real Estate Broker, Investor, and Vacation Rental Owner looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to help market my real estate listings, commercial properties, land listings, RV community, and vacation rentals.

This is a long-term position for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in real estate and online marketing.

* Lake Fork Vacation Rentals
* Promised Land RV Community
* Multiple residential, commercial, land, and investment properties

I need someone who can help me generate more leads, increase property exposure, improve vacation rental bookings, and keep all marketing organized and consistent.

Responsibilities

Real Estate Marketing

* Create and update property listings
* Post listings on Facebook Marketplace
* Post listings in Facebook Groups
* Create property flyers using Canva
* Update MLS-related marketing materials
* Create social media posts for listings
* Assist with marketing residential, commercial, and land listings
* Track leads and inquiries
* Maintain organized marketing calendars

Vacation Rental Marketing

* Assist with Airbnb listings
* Assist with VRBO listings
* Assist with direct booking website marketing
* Improve occupancy rates
* Monitor listing performance
* Suggest pricing and marketing improvements
* Create social media content promoting rentals
* Help increase direct bookings

Website & SEO Support

* Assist with SEO improvements
* Optimize website pages
* Create blog content and local content
* Improve Google search visibility
* Research keywords
* Assist with Google Business Profile updates

Administrative Tasks

* Data entry
* Email organization
* CRM updates
* Follow-up reminders
* Research projects
* General virtual assistant support
