Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls
Answer program-related questions
Process opt-out requests

Outbound Calls
Inform employees about their employer-sponsored wellness benefits
Explain program benefits and eligibility
Provide access information and send enrollment links via email

Requirements
Strong English communication skills
Spanish fluency for bilingual roles
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Professional phone etiquette
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
