JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We are looking for a fast, iterative, and data-driven Graphic Designer to join our e-commerce apparel team. Your primary focus will be designing high-converting static image ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

This is a high-volume, high-execution role. You won’t be staring at a blank canvas for hours waiting for inspiration; instead, you will be executing on proven frameworks, scaling winning concepts, and rapidly producing creative variations. You must be comfortable producing up to 30 assets per day (including 3 distinct variations per concept) plus handling standard revisions.

If you thrive in a fast-paced DTC environment, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and can maintain quality at speed, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Creative Output: Design and deliver up to 30 Meta image ad assets per day based on creative briefs, current trends, and winning account data.

Iterative Design: Create 3 distinct variations for each core concept (e.g., testing different hooks, backgrounds, colorways, or product layouts) to optimize for Meta’s ad auction.

Speed & Systemization: Build and maintain an efficient template system (in Photoshop, Figma, or Illustrator) to ensure rapid turnaround times without sacrificing visual polish.

Ad Formats: Create assets across multiple placements, primarily focusing on Square (1:1) and Stories/Reels (9:16) formats.

Collaboration & Revisions: Work closely with our media buying and creative strategy team to implement quick revisions based on performance data and brand guidelines.

What We Are Looking For
DTC/E-commerce Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience designing specifically for paid social (Meta/TikTok), preferably within the clothing, fashion, or apparel space.

Speed and Efficiency: A proven ability to manage high-volume daily deliverables. You know how to use smart objects, templates, and batch workflows to move fast.

Direct Response Knowledge: You understand why an ad converts. You know how to make text readable on mobile, emphasize the product, and place call-to-actions effectively.

Apparel-Specific Eye: Clean typography, sharp color correction, and an understanding of how to make fabrics and fits look premium in a split second.

Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.

Work Style & Expectations
Execution-Focused: This role requires a high volume of daily outputs. We value speed, organizational skills, and a "test-and-learn" mindset over precious, slow design processes.

Feedback-Driven: You view ad performance data and creative revisions as guideposts, not personal criticism. If a variation fails, we iterate; if it wins, we scale it.
