We’re hiring a real estate professional in the Philippines who can appraise properties, review tax-related property information, and prepare clear valuation reports. The role should support accurate property pricing and valuation decisions for residential and/or commercial real estate in the Philippine market.
Core responsibilities:
Appraise real estate properties in the Philippines
Review property records, tax declarations, and related valuation data
Analyze comparable properties, market conditions, and location factors
Prepare property valuation reports with clear supporting rationale
Support pricing, assessment, and valuation decisions for real estate transactions or internal use
Must-have requirements:
Experience in Philippine real estate appraisal or property valuation
Familiarity with local property documents, tax declarations, and assessor-related records
Strong report writing for valuation or appraisal findings
Ability to analyze comps, market data, and property characteristics
Background working with a Philippine real estate team, brokerage, developer, or appraisal-related operation
Nice-to-have additions to narrow results further:
Residential appraisal experience
Commercial property valuation experience
Experience with BIR, LGU, assessor, or tax-related property documentation
Prior work in a Philippine brokerage, developer, bank, or appraisal firm

I offer a fee of 15,000 PHP for each desktop appraisal,$80 USD for Judicial Affidavit and $120 for appearance fees.
