We are looking for an Operations & Client Success Manager who understands GoHighLevel, enjoys creating structure, improving processes, supporting clients, and building operational systems.

YOUR PRIMARY MISSION

Your primary responsibility is creating operational clarity, accountability, and client success so that TrueNorth Automation Solutions can grow without the founder becoming the bottleneck.

You will own the operational side of the business while coordinating with our Automation & Fulfillment Specialist.

TRUENORTH FIRST

Before supporting a large number of client accounts, your initial focus will be helping build and organize TrueNorth Automation Solutions itself.

During your first 30-60 days, you will help:

• Build company SOPs

• Build onboarding systems

• Build operational dashboards

• Organize GHL pipelines and processes

• Create accountability systems

• Organize client onboarding workflows

• Help create fulfillment tracking systems

• Build internal documentation libraries

• Create training materials

• Improve operational efficiency

• Identify gaps and recommend improvements

The goal is to create a company capable of delivering consistent client experiences without requiring constant founder involvement.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

• Manage operational projects and deliverables

• Track deadlines and project milestones

• Monitor team accountability

• Coordinate activities between tea ---------- mbers

• Identify operational bottlenecks

• Recommend process improvements

• Assist leadership with operational planning

• Maintain operational dashboards

• Ensure processes are followed consistently

GOHIGHLEVEL ADMINISTRATION

• Manage client subaccounts

• Manage pipelines and opportunities

• Manage forms and surveys

• Manage calendars and appointments

• Manage contacts and CRM records

• Support onboarding inside GHL

• Test automations after implementation

• Verify workflow functionality

• Maintain CRM organization and data integrity

• Coordinate with fulfillment regarding automation deployments

• Monitor client accounts for issues

• Help troubleshoot non-technical issues inside GHL

CLIENT SUCCESS

• Manage client onboarding

• Coordinate onboarding activities

• Track client progress

• Ensure smooth client experiences

• Coordinate communication between clients and fulfillment

• Track implementation progress

• Escalate technical issues appropriately

• Conduct follow-ups when needed

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & DOCUMENTATION

• Create and maintain SOPs

• Create implementation checklists

• Create onboarding guides

• Create process maps

• Maintain documentation libraries

• Create training materials

• Document operational procedures

• Track project deliverables

• Organize company knowledge bases

TEAM COORDINATION

You will work closely with our Automation & Fulfillment Specialist.

The Fulfillment Specialist will build and maintain technical automations.

You will manage operational processes, client communication, onboarding, documentation, accountability, and workflow coordination.

You will help convert fulfillment documentation into organized SOPs, guides, and training materials.
