Are you an experienced social media professional who knows how to grow brands, engage communities, and create content that delivers results?

We are looking for a Social Media & Community Specialist to help expand the online presence of our international e-commerce brand. This role focuses on increasing visibility, engagement, community growth, and affiliate success across multiple social media platforms.

**Important:** We operate in the **18+ adult products industry**. Experience within the adult, dating, lingerie, nightlife, or related industries is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

* Create engaging content for social media platforms
* Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, and X
* Manage and grow our online communities
* Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
* Monitor social media trends and identify new opportunities
* Support and manage affiliate partnerships
* Assist in developing and executing social media strategies
* Communicate with influencers and content creators
* Review and filter collaboration requests and partnership opportunities
* Track performance and suggest improvements based on results

Requirements

* Minimum **2 years of proven social media experience
* Strong written English communication skills
* Experience managing business social media accounts
* Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar
* Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
* Understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies
* Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer outreach
* Experience in the **adult products industry** is a strong advantage
