Real Estate Wholesale Cold Caller

I am a real estate investor based in Virginia looking for an experienced cold caller to contact and find motivated sellers on my behalf.

What you will be doing:

• Calling homeowners from a list I provide
• Qualifying motivated sellers and gathering property information
• Logging all call results in a shared spreadsheet
• Setting callbacks for interested sellers

Requirements:

*Must have previous wholesale real estate cold calling experience. No training required.*

• Clear and professional English
• Stable high speed internet connection
• Quality headset and microphone
• Available Monday to Friday 5 hours per day
• Reliable and consistent
*Must be comfortable calling sellers in any US state*
Pay:

• $2 per hour base pay
• $500 bonus for every deal that successfully closes from your leads

This is a long term position for the right candidate. As my business grows your hours and income grow with it.
