St. John's Life Real Estate Team is a RE/MAX brokerage and property management company in Newfoundland. We produce professional real estate content for agents, including long-form and short-form videos for marketing, client testimonials, property showcases, and agent branding.

The Role
We are looking for experienced freelance video editors to work on a project basis. You will edit professional-quality real estate videos in various formats, working with footage from our Synology-based asset management system.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience editing real estate professional videos (property tours, agent reels, testimonials, listings, etc.)
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Attention to color grading, sound design, and professional finishing touches
Familiarity with short-form (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, email, website) formats
