About TAG Agency

TAG Agency is a full-service marketing agency based in Upstate New York. We manage digital advertising campaigns for more than 70 clients across industries including healthcare, automotive, home services, retail, construction, nonprofits, and professional services.

We're growing and looking for an experienced Meta Ads professional who can help us take our paid social efforts to the next level.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys both the analytical and creative sides of paid social marketing.

The Role

We're not looking for someone to simply launch campaigns and watch metrics.

We're looking for someone who understands how to develop winning Meta advertising strategies, identify creative opportunities, analyze performance, and help guide the creative process that drives results.

You'll work alongside our internal creative team, which includes designers, copywriters, videographers, and content creators. You won't be expected to create every asset yourself—but you should know what types of creative, messaging, hooks, and formats are likely to perform and be able to communicate those ideas clearly.

Simply put:

You tell us what ads should be made. We'll help build them.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts
Develop audience, targeting, and campaign strategies
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Create testing plans for audiences, offers, messaging, and creative
Recommend new ad concepts, hooks, angles, and content ideas
Collaborate with our creative team to develop ad assets
Review performance data and communicate insights to the team
Monitor budgets and campaign pacing
Assist with reporting and performance reviews
Stay current on Meta platform updates and advertising trends
What We're Looking For
3+ years of Meta Ads experience
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising
Ability to analyze campaign performance and make strategic recommendations
Understanding of creative testing frameworks
Experience with lead generation campaigns
Strong English communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team

Our target range for this position is approximately $15–$20 USD per hour depending on experience and fit.
