Appointment Setter / Phone Specialist (Mortgage Protection Insurance)

We are a growing U.S.-based insurance agency looking for a professional appointment setter to contact homeowners who have previously requested information regarding Mortgage Protection Insurance.

This is NOT a customer service role.

This is a phone-based appointment setting position where your primary responsibility is speaking with homeowners, building rapport, and scheduling appointments for licensed agents.

What You'll Be Doing:

Calling warm and aged leads
Following a simple script and conversation framework
Updating CRM notes
Scheduling appointments directly into our calendar
Following up with prospects who have not yet responded
Handling basic objections and questions
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude on every call

What We're Looking For:

Excellent spoken English
Strong phone presence
Previous appointment-setting experience
Comfortable making 250+ outbound calls per day
Reliable internet connection
Quality headset and quiet workspace
Coachable and willing to improve

Compensation:

Base Pay:
$5-$8/hour depending on experience

Performance Bonuses:

Bonus per appointment set
Additional bonus for issued policies

Our top performers earn significantly more than their base hourly pay.
