Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and technically skilled Marketing Coordinator who can help execute marketing campaigns, manage CRM systems, create content, support lead generation, and improve automation across multiple brands.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both marketing and technology and wants to be part of a growing organization with a meaningful mission.

This position has growth potential as we expand our marketing department and hire additional support staff.

Required Qualifications
Marketing & Content
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong content creation skills
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal English
Go High Level (Required)
Advanced experience with Go High Level
Building funnels and landing pages
Creating workflows and automations
Pipeline management
Forms, surveys, calendars, and CRM management

Email and SMS campaign creation
Design & Video Editing
Advanced Canva experience
Video editing experience required
Experience with:

Descript
Canva Video
Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
AI & Technology
Daily use of AI tools such as:
ChatGPT
Claude
Gemini
ElevenLabs
Descript
Ability to use AI to improve productivity and marketing performance

Primary Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Growth
Generate qualified leads across all brands
Support revenue growth through marketing initiatives
Improve conversion rates
Monitor and optimize marketing funnels
CRM & Automation
Manage Go High Level systems
Build automations and workflows
Improve lead tracking and follow-up processes
Content & Branding
Create graphics and marketing materials
Coordinate social media content
Maintain brand consistency
Video Production
Create and edit promotional videos
Repurpose content for social media and events
Support conference and coaching promotions
Event Marketing
Support CAMA AAC Conference promotions
Promote webinars, trainings, and workshops
Assist with launch campaigns
Reporting
Track campaign performance
Monitor KPIs
Provide weekly updates and recommendations
Success in This Role Looks Like
