We're looking for a technical Meta Ads specialist who can help us fix and optimize our tracking, attribution, and funnel measurement systems.

**The Problem We're Trying to Solve:**
Our current Meta setup is not accurately tracking conversions.

For example, Meta recently reported 12 booked calls when only 2 calls were actually booked.

We believe there are issues with our tracking architecture, custom conversions, event setup, and funnel measurement. We need someone who can identify what's wrong, fix it properly, and ensure Meta is optimizing toward the correct actions.

**What You'll Be Doing:**
**Phase 1: Audit & Fix**
- Audit our Meta Pixel implementation
- Review and improve custom conversions
- Verify event tracking accuracy
- Identify duplicate or incorrect event firing
- Review funnel attribution and reporting
- Ensure Meta is optimizing toward the correct conversion events

**Phase 2: Improve & Scale**
- Improve conversion tracking across the funnel
- Optimize attribution accuracy
- Support Meta Ads performance improvements
- Assist with Google Ads tracking when needed
- Recommend improvements to funnel measurement and reporting

**Our Funnel Includes:**
- Landing Page Visits
- Quiz Funnel Progression
- Quiz Completion
- Call Booking Page Visits
- Booked Calls
- Payments

You should be comfortable mapping and validating each step of a funnel and ensuring conversion events are firing correctly.


**Required Experience:**
You should have hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Meta Pixel
- Custom Conversions
- Conversion Tracking
- Funnel Analytics
- Event Troubleshooting

**Strongly Preferred:**
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conversions API (CAPI)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Ads

**You Might Be a Good Fit If You Can Answer Questions Like:**
- Why is Meta reporting conversions that never happened?
- How do you verify which event is triggering a conversion?
- How do you determine whether events are firing too early?
- How do you troubleshoot discrepancies between Meta and actual booked appointments?
- How would you structure tracking for a multi-step funnel?


**Work Style**
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Able to clearly explain technical findings to non-technical tea ---------- mbers
- Able to attend occasional meetings during Pacific Standard Time business hours
